Jess is the director of Queenstown Mobile Mechanic and helps run the business behind the scenes. She brings over 17 years of customer service, rental vehicle and branch management experience from Queenstown’s busy vehicle industry. Her background means she understands how important clear communication, good planning and reliable service are when customers need help with their vehicle. Jess helps manage enquiries, bookings and job details, making sure the right information is passed on before each job. When you contact QMM, she helps keep the process simple, clear and well organised from the first message.
Meet Otis QMM Mascot / Morale Manager
Otis is part of the QMM team too — usually keeping spirits high, supervising from a safe distance, and making sure the humans stay on schedule.
While he may not be the one fixing vehicles, he is definitely part of the crew and helps bring a bit of personality to the QMM brand.
